  • What is Pilates and is it right for me?

    Absolutely! Pilates is a gentle, low-impact workout that strengthens your core, improves posture, and helps you move better in everyday life. At Sundae Wellness, our classes are welcoming and beginner-friendly — you don’t need any experience to get started.

  • WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO MY CLASSES?

    Wear comfy, fitted workout clothes you can move in. Grip socks are a requirement for REFORMER for safety and hygiene — you’re welcome to bring your own or purchase a pair at the studio. We provide all equipment, so just bring water and your lovely self.

  • How early should I arrive for my first class?

    Come 5–10 minutes early so your instructor can show you around and get you set up on the equipment. We promise it’s easy, and we’re here to support you every step of the way.

  • What are your age requirements?

    For safety, our classes have a few age guidelines:

    • Reformer Pilates: 18+

    • Yoga, Mat Pilates, Barre, and Sculpt: 18+

    • Anyone under 18 must attend their first session with a parent/guardian, and we require a signed parent permission form for ongoing classes.
      We love welcoming teens and younger to special classes that will soon be available to book on our app for specific age groups — we just want to keep everyone safe and supported.

  • What’s your cancellation policy?

    We kindly ask that you cancel with 12 hours notice to avoid a fee. Life happens — we totally understand! Just give us as much notice as you can.

  • How do I book a class?

    Booking is easy — head to our online schedule or use our studio app to reserve your spot. Classes can fill up quickly, so we recommend booking ahead.
